- MINIMUM STAY: During
busy periods we usually need to adopt a 2 night minimum. This
is done on a case by case basis having regard to other
bookings and local events
(unless 1 night is free the night
before/after, or between dates already reserved, or the room
is still available 48 hours before arrival - please check
with us.
- NO SMOKING inside chalet and NO PETS ALLOWED. All our
cancellation policies and Chalet rules are listed on our

- If a room is not available for your date, or all the
dates that you prefer then please check our other rooms for
availability, which might result in switching rooms during
your stay. If we are full for some of your preferred dates we
can probably find other local accommodation, which could mean
staying at Nu-Salya for the nights that are available and
other local lodging for the nights we are full.
- A 5% GST (Government sales tax ) to be added to all rates
- we do not charge a 10% resort tax.
