• Deposit of 40% for all packages and stay of 4 nights or more
• 1 nights deposit for regular stay of 3 nights or less

• Cancellations for reservations of 1 - 3 nights require 45 days notice by e-mail or fax prior to arrival for refund, less $35.00 processing fee
• Cancellations for reservations of 3 nights or more and all 5 night packages require 60 days notice by e-mail or fax prior to arrival for refund, less $55.00 processing fee
• By booking a room with your credit card you agree that you are in fact purchasing your accommodation in advance in accordance with the policies listed herein as opposed to guaranteeing your booking with your credit card
• Cancellation Insurance from your insurance Broker should be considered
• Check-in time: normally between 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise arranged
• Check out time is 11:00 am
• Breakfast time: normally between 7:30 to 9:00 am

CHALET RULES AND POLICY

1. Nu-Salya is true to the original concept of a Bed & Breakfast home, we share our Chalet with you. Our Native Art Collection includes sculptures and pottery and should not be handled.
2. No smoking / No pets. We have pine floors, slippers or socks only please inside the chalet. Slippers, robes and hair-dryers provided.
3. The chalet is not child-proofed and is adult oriented;not suitable for children under 8.
4. Phone is for local use, all long distance calls must be charged to your home phone number.
5. Your bedroom and bathroom are your own private rooms and will not be entered for cleaning till after your check out, if you require anything please notify us. Please return keys on check out.
6. Musicians may play the piano.
7. Hot tub rules in effect.
8. There are smoke alarms on all floors of the chalet. If you hear the smoke alarm please proceed to exit doors at entrance or main floors. We will advise you immediately of the situation.
9. Liability Clause: The owners cannot be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the owners and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
